Hi, I’m Claire!

I offer individual therapy for women with anxiety and/or ADHD, and parent counseling for caregivers of children struggling with anxiety and/or ADHD. I start with understanding your unique challenges. Then we’ll work together to put a plan in place to help you address the psychological, social, and physical impacts of anxiety and ADHD. This might mean trying out new coping tools, setting new boundaries, or helping you change a thought pattern or behavior that is keeping you stuck.
