I provide short-term directive counseling for parents and caregivers who have kids struggling with anxiety and/or ADHD. We will talk through your struggles and develop concrete actions you can implement in the home to support your child and prevent emotional overload and outbursts.

This is intended to be short-term directive therapy. Because this is parent/caregiver counseling, your child does not need to attend.

- Individual Session (50-55 mins) - $180

For insurance to pay for therapy, clients must receive a diagnosis. Because my parent counseling is for you to help your child, I do not accept insurance for parent counseling. All sessions are private pay.
